Just make sure the 02's are in the car and the rear ones are deleted out of the computer or you have O2 sims in the back ones. If you just leave the rear connectors hanging it will throw a code. It wont effect driviability but will throw a SES light. Other than that, just watch out for cops cause that thing is going to be LOUD.

It will run better with them in. You need your O2s.

if you run open headers with O2s in you will burn them up, I just did that last week.

I didnt see that it was a 94. I would say drive with them in. They control air/fuel ratio. Leave them in the headers.

My Jet-Hots will be in Monday also....I have to drive 5 min. down the road to the exhaust shop. From this thread, I keep seeing "Leave them in" or "They'll foul your plugs" I'm confused

if you drive/race open headers, you HAVE to leave them UNPLUGGED. after you get the ypipe/catback on, then plug them in.

if you drive w/them plugged and open headers, it WILL foul out your plugs due to the 02 sensors reading all that fresh air surrounding them. w/the 02 sensors unplugged, it will stay in open loop, operating on preprogramed tables that will still read all the other parameters needed to keep it running. it wont give you the best gas mileage or the best air fuel ratio being unplugged, but it will get you to the exh. shop w/o hurting anything. except your ears. and yes, it will be unbelievably loud.

Yeah I drove 10-15mins to the exhaust shop and by the time I arrived, my car was barely ideling. After getting the exhaust welded up it still ran like crap so when i got home I pulled a few plugs and they were all BLACK..Changed them out and the car ran like a champ..
