On the Trans cooler in the radiator which one , the top or bottom, is the RETURN to the trans line?

I'm assuming the bottom line. Wouldnt you want the fluid to be pumped into the radiator and then flow out the bottom line back to the tranny? Not sure but this is what i would think. Ill try to look it up for sure.

follow it back the front is the out going the back is the return

 

Fluid flows from the transmission to the radiator on the lower hose and returns on the upper hose.

 

Thanks, I wanted to make sure I put the external trans cooler in the right spot.
