One rear caliper still won't compress all the way....

I even tried grinding down the emergency cable pin thats integrated in the caliper. Should I just try buying a new one, is there something wrong internally?

Are you sure that it is not compressed all the way? Is it just that the assembly with the new pads won't slide over the rotor? I had that problem a couple years ago and it turned out that the pads I got were just flat out too thick. I went and exchanged them for a new brand and they slid right on. Make sure it is not your pads that are the culprit.
