One knock on startup

I tried to search this, but found nothing or I wasn't lookin in the right place. Somethimes when I start my engine I get one loud knock right when it fires like there is no oil pressure at all. I'm sure i know what this is but cant remember at all. I've been in the military for a long while and havent been workin on or around cars in a long time. I have a 93Z 6 speed with more than 200k. On the last oil change I ran 2 quarts of Lucas oil and the rest regular oil..This seemed to improve my oil pressure a little. Thanks for you help.

It could be a sign of bad things to come. I would keep your ear tuned for noise in other situations.
