Once-Twice Daily no start issue

This used to happen about once a month, now it happens every day during my lunch break.. and once in a while at random times.

I turn the key and the starter will not turn over. It's as if I don't have the clutch pushed in.

I have VATS disabled via madz28 tune. I removed the TDR and connected the purple and yellow wires. I removed the clutch switch.. (this is over ridden by my TDR deletion anyways). I also replaced the starter.

Every time this happens I end up rolling down a hill and letting the clutch out ( I always park in hills just in case). I think if it were a security issue the car would not able able to start. I don't get a security light either. If the starter would engage it would crank..

not really take the column apart... just drop it and check to see if you have proper power....did you check the starter yet. if not check that first, it's alot easier then dropping the column

def check the ignition switch it's really not that bad to get to once you drop the column...there's 2 bolts that hold the column up and once you take them down you should have enough room to get in there and disconnect it....if you have a power probe test the switch if you dont i think the switched arent to expensive

Allright, I hate that it is intermittent.. when I test it with probs it might test good.. even though it faulty.

Are there any other relays or anything that it could be?

no there is a ignition switch that sits on the top of the steering column...once you drop the column you can pull the connector out and check it make sure you're getting the right power...if you have something to check it
