Once again another header question

Ok I cant decide on which headers to buy which brand would be the best for MY application? cam, 1.6rr, springs, cat-back, cai, and maybe a stall. Should i go shortie, longtube, 1 5/8, 1 3/4, and I am kinda of shying away from the longtube route because of emissions, and modifications. also i just read that 1 5/8 will not give much of a gain TorF?

thanks
sean

I was just looking at another header thread and someone has put up a table of all the different headers for our cars with pricing and some places you can find them. It might be helpful to you. It was done by eyeoutthere http://eyeoutthere.tripod.com

those are what i'd do or the FLP LT's that pass emmisions...both are expensive though!
