I finally got my car back today from the shop......OMG the exhaust note i have now is amazing......i told the guy not to bother with the cat because it was gonna be too much of a hassel. I also turned the car on when all i had on was the headers and that is just INSANE i wish i could run like that on the street.

 

glad to hear that......your car is looking sweet and now your gettin the performance to back it up. Let me know how you like your jet hots, cause i think im gonna get em in the spring.

Damn you non-CA people... screw smog checks. They should make a new rule that if your car is a savage or if it's running faster than a certain time or has xxx amount of wheel horsepower you don't have to get it smogged. Dammit I want long tubes too, they sound soooooooo nice! How about a sound clip???

 

I dont know why people just eliminate the cars, AIR and EGR system even if you live in CA. As long as you dont drive into those motor vehical check spots you will be fine. Pay the $50 and get a 2 year inspection sticker at a shady garage. He can always deny it and say you came in there stock if anything happens. They dont have those places in CA?
