Just to start, I have 81,000 on my car and I've constantly had rev limiter problems in between shifts. Last week we installed a Trans GO shift kit, and it was working fine.

Today we took it out on the highway, and stopped somewhere for about 15 minutes. We took the car back onto the highway and now we've completely lost

3rd Gear
4th Gear w/Overdrive
and Reverse

This is bad, I need help. Is this thing going to be needing a rebuild?

 

sounds to me your sprag is shot

 

will it jsut not shift out of 2nd or does it go to 3rd, 4th but slips a lot?? if it is the first of the 2 then i would think it is jsut a shift silinoid....as I had that problem and just had it replaced. if it is actually slipping then looks like time for a rebuild!!
