The engine in my car was recently built, we tried to fire it for the first time and it ran for about 2 seconds then died. When I tried to restart it, it just cranked. Then, I notice gas leaking out of the end of the Y-pipe. If I wait a while, it will start again for just a second then die.
It looks as if I am getting to much fuel, the program is by PCMforless and was just loaded the other day. I don't believe it is the programming.
A new Walbro fuel pump was also installed the other day, it appears to be working fine. The Optispark is also brand new, as well as the harness.
Today I am going to get a scanner on it and try to pull DTCs, can I pull codes with the engine off?
I was also thinking of trying the stock program as well, will a stock program even work with the mods listed?

Any Ideas?

 

Make sure there isn't any air getting into the intake that isn't being measured by the MAF... That's what your problem sounds like...

 

I tried unplugging the maf and starting it, didn't change anything.
In the past, the car has ran and drove fine with the maf unplugged(speed density mode).
