I have had this surge since day one and it is driving me crazy!! If you take off from a light, or stop and go traffic, when I get to around 2k and stay there, my LT1 will surge, like its not getting enough gas or something. Its not(?) a miss, just a steady comfertably smooth med pulse length, 1 point on the ricter scale, surge. Take off hard and its not there, hmmmm, obviously . Under a load in another gear, or going up the gear range and its much less, if at all, noticeable. Just kinda suck cruising around town feeling like your in a boat on the ocean.

I have done everything I could think of to track it down!! Fuel filters, oil changes all the way around (that`ll fix it, heh), new fuel pressure regulater, disconnect of the EGR, MAS & MAF/P for grins and giggles, fuel pressure check, plugs, opti rebuild........ Am i missing anything???

 

The thing you probably need most to track it down is some logged data.

 

Yea, I have all the stuff, well, from 1.5 years ago that was out except the software to actually change the setting in the computer. I got/made the reader and all that. Anything new out since then??
