On the passenger side of the radiator, there is a large hose thats on the bottom...then right below that is a very skinny metal tube that goes to a hose, which goes back to a tube and goes somewhere under the car(right above the steering arm)

Looks like its number 17 that goes to number 11


I think this is where my leak is coming from. I put in some dye, and the dye is red...and this looks like a redish color coming out.

Thanks for any input, I hate cooling systems, I dont know much about them. This is a 95 BTW

OK first off that line[11] is for the oil cooler
There is no '17' in the diagram[there is a clamp that is # 12?]
Do you have an oil cooler option?
Also the oil cooler [or bypass hose if no oil cooler] is on the DRIVERS side?
That 2nd pic.. it's hard to tell what it is a pic of.. it's too close in..
Are you sure it isn't automatic trans fluid[red] there are 2 approx 3/8" metal lines that are trans cooler lines..

 

Ya...they must be auto tranny lines. I posted that in the original, but then I thought I found for myself that it was an oil cooler. It must not be. Guess it is for the auto tranny.
I gotta get up under it again tomorrow and see if I can find any leaks...I found some fluid on a few hoses, but I think thats from earlier when I filled it up and spilt a few(it was on the hoses right under the fill hole)

Ill check it out tomorrow and see if I can find a leak..
