ok what is the best way for performance from ur LT1?
what is the best to leave ur z28 naturally aspirated or supercharge it??? i mean it's prolly good both ways depending upon how u like it but if ur supercharge it what is the best brand and what is some of the most boost u can run to a big v-8 like that??? i mean 6-10 psi? do most superchargers add about 25 - 35% hp??? well help would be nice that

Most people like to go the 383 route but I've seen Lt1 put down 400hp to the ground with 6lb of boost and tuning. Personally I'm going for non-aspirated. (Try the search option it's easy to find good info with it.)

This is one tough question to answer. There are a LOT of variables. Take 1 from each set:
Bottom end
Stock
Stock displacement, forged
383
396
Power adder
NA (Naturally Aspirated, ie. no power adder)
Supercharger (Vortech, ATI, etc... and then pick trim levels and boost)
custom Turbo setup
Nitrous (then choose wet or dry)
This is only the tip of the iceberg. The main limiting factors are (1) how much $ you have (in this case, NA is the cheapest) and (2) how much time and effort you want to put in.
Another quick tidbit...
You can hit 400 at the wheels, NA, with a stock bottom end. Just use a CC 306 or XE 230/236. The XE 224/230, which I'm going with, comes close in HP but gets waaaay more torque.
