ok so hit some water now no power

ok so hit some water now no power

Ok it has been flooding a lot lately in MO well last night I drove over a flooded road it was about a foot high and ten feet long well I made it through ok but after it died I expected that so I hauled it about half a mile home took off air filter out a fan in front of it when I went to look this morning there is no power to the car not nothing I checked battery it was good checked fuses none blown so what could cause the entire car to no have power? Thanks 4 any help

well if your maf got wet your computer will not allow any power, its one of those safety features clean it and make sure the intake didnt ingest water. well if thats not it you could have a number of things to check opti,ignition switch, battery cables ,etc.

Well my car just recently like died well i was driving it.
and it happened right after i had a big rain.


check your ignition coil and module.

i replaced those two things and car ran fine.

and clean your MAF.

should spend about 100 bucks top.
