OK new problem

Cat is gone and flowmaster is on and air pump and plumbing are also gone. The ses light is now going on and off with the rad fan. Any ideas?

Need some details on the car to know if you have OBDI or II..........

If you unplugged the AIR pump, make sure you leave the AIR pump fuse in the fusebox.

With OBDI if you leave the AIR pump fuse in the computer will not trigger an SES light. I did that to mine, got a light on, then put the fuse back in and it went away. Taking the cat off should definitely not trigger it with OBDI. Try the fuse thing and get back to me if it doesn't work.
