also what would be a good compression ratio to use the guy i talked to here at a local machine shop said 9.5:1 would be best but i dont think so

For a supercharged application, I certainly wouldn't go any higher than 9.5:1, I'm right at 9.0:1 for my setup below.

Be ready to get your wallet out, I hope you realize that's about $11k (conservatively!) worth of stuff by the time you're done...assuming there is such a thing.

Go 9.0 :1 compression. Get a custom ground cam since its gonna be blown. It would be stupid to spend all that money and get a off-the-shelfer when you could gain so much more power and drivability spending the extra money for a custom grind.

How many lbs of boost do you wanna run it at?

And go with a set of coated longtubes for it. Pacesetter's are awesome for the price, mine fit perfect and the install is alot easier than Jet-Hots. With Jet-Hots and Hookers you have to cut part of the K member. Pacesetters have better ground clearance then any other long tubes too ... Except maybe TPiS or Kooks ???

What performance numbers are you looking to achieve? Do you already own the Vortech? Is your car a M6 or A4?
