OK gurus, who could answer this?

Im considering a stall. I drive my car out of town alot. I drive it everywhere. How much of a stall do I need to stay streetable. How much of a stall will I get out of the SLP unit? Is it worth it. Also for all the mods I got why is my car only running 13.4@103 in darlington. Thats with traction. Also can some one let me know all the part # for a hot cam install. Including valve spring. Will the gm ones be ok? I also want to add the LT4 timing components. I want to be able to rev my engine to 6500. How do I do this safe? It has 87000. I take good care of it though. Thanks in advance.
