oil in throttle body

oil in throttle body
What does it mean if I have oil in my throttle body? Is this a real bad thing or is it somewhat normal? It doesn't seem normal to me.

PVC hose? Not sure if thats the correct name, but the hose that comes off the throttle body into the valve cover...?

i had the same problem but i did nothing about it. it didnt seem to hurt anything but i regularly clean it out of thier so the aic? sensor doesnt get blocked
