I bought the one from NLP, thunder racing is selling them now for $95, which is alot better than AMW's $160 catch can.

The purolater breather filter just has mesh inside it so it wont clog up it will just stop the oil fumes from entering the TB at WOT.

Maybe, I haven't had mine on the truck long enough to determine yet as I was concerned about that compared to the 2 AMW ones I have that I bought when they were only $65...now they are $160 which is rediculous for what it is. The ebay one I have has collected about a 1/3 full so far, haven't taken the air duct off to see if there's any oil in there...maybe when it warms up I can do that.

Keeps the intake/tb clean, helps stop excessive carbon buildup, and helps stop pinging from oil entering the intake.

Well I finally took mine apart that I installed on the truck about a month ago...and you are CORRECT, the EBAY CATCH CANS ARE WORTHLESS.
There was only a few drops of water and oil in it, after a month it would normally have about 8-12oz in it with the AMW can that used to be on it. And the intake is all oiled up again

I refuse to pay $160 for a another AMW one as they are too small anyway, they were no where near that price when I bought 2 of them a few years ago.
