Then what is the one that goes above my oil filter it is in this black container with the three lines going to it? my friend broke it off, now its leaking oil it also connects to the block. I don't really know how to fix it or what broke all i know is that it is big black rubber thing that used to have like a heat silver wrap on it. It broke off like inside the thing that the oil filter connects to please help me i know i sound dumb in this post. Thats b/c when it comes to this i am so any help u give i will be in your debt
The sensor connected to the oil pan itself is the oil level sensor. Its connected to the low oil light on your dash.
The one you speak of above the oil filter sounds like the oil pressure sensor. Its located either here or behind the intake on the rear of the block.
It should look like a black cylinder that screws into a fitting.

Is there still something in the "port" of the block? If so I would thread a screw inside to try and back it out. If that seems impossible you could always plug it and use the "port" located on the back of the block.
Here is the oil pressure sensor located on the back of the block.

The hex head pipe fitting in this pic should be in the port your talking about.

Do any of these things look familiar?

You might try an EZout or you might try to drill it out.
If you can get a dremel with a 90 degree attachment you could drill with a small drill bit and then go a little bigger and then a little bigger until all the old one is out, if you are careful you might be able to save the threads as well.
