Oil pump Q's???

Oil pump Q's???
What would be the ideal oil pump for me to go with? I am building a LT4 hot cam / P&p heads, TNT 125 - 150 shot on a freshly rebuild stock botom end. I have no idea what to buy so if you guy's can help me out I would appriciate it.
