I'm rebuilding my motor, as my HV/HP oil pump failed, and I replaced w/ a morosa anti-cav. pump ... Problem is the rer part of the pump is hitting one of my main stud bolts and won't tighten flush w/ the block.. Anyone else had this problem?? I guess I should double up on the oil pump gasket? It's barely grazing.. only needs about 1/64 to get flush.
