Oil pressure sending unit, broke with header install...

Hey all...my oil pressure is reading 0. I broke the unit on the back of the intake manifold (oil pressure sending unit) when I we were tilting the motor for my headers. I am trying to find out what I need, Shoebox? Does anyone know the part number of the item that everyone breaks when they do the header install?

Can't tell you the part number, but pretty much any parts store should have it in stock. All you need is the sending unit, it's basically a metal threaded end with a plastic wiring harness receiver attached to the back, which is what usually breaks off. Real simple fix.

Thanks for the fast reply! Anyone have the part number of this unit? I assume I need the whole thing.

The p/n is listed on my Part Numbers page. You can also get one from an auto parts store. It's all one piece, so you need the whole thing. It's only 2 pieces when you break it.

Shoebox, thanks alot. Which one do I need? 24575127 or 10201491. Also do I need the angle fittings? or does the sensor screw into the fittings? Thanks.

You need the 10201491 since it is in back of the manifold. You don't need to replace the angle fittings. I'll put a clarification on the sensor locations on the part number page.

I just had to replace mine (broke during head install). Dealer quoted me $48--ended up getting it from NAPA for only $23......
