It's been a while since I turned my car on. Engine turns over but won't start. Looking at the dash, when the engine turns over, oil pressure reads at 0. Isn't their suppose to be oil pressure build up while the motor cranks/turns over? Just wondering.

 

After a bit of cranking, pressure should build. I've actually never had to crank my LT1 long enough to see the pressure move.
