oil pressure guage acting crazy, need help ASAP
I put pacesetter lts on my car last weekend, car has been fine until tonight when the oil pressure guage started acting crazy,it wont hold still and fluctuates bad, could the headers burned out the wire to the oil pressure unit or do I have bigger problems? what should I start to check?

Check your wire by the oil pressure sensor. Unhook it from the sending unit and give a slight tug to see if it breaks. I know it sounds destructive, but you might have burnt through the wire, and it isn't the easiest to see so the tug will let you if it broke out of sight. A slight tug will suffice, no need to strong arm it.
And so far as the oil, has it been changed recently?
And have you ever done smell comparisons other than today?
If you are truley worried about gas in the motor, it is most likely a leaky injector, and if you drain it your oil will STINK of gas, and be blue in tint when it is held up to a light. (My RX7 drag car used to leak oil in to the gas all the time, and it still help up fine to 9,800 RPM shifts, but the problem is worth looking at)
