I was checking my PCV and when i took it out it had oil on it and smelled like gas. Is this normal and if not how do i fix it?

 

Its normal.... Itys for emissions and recycles fumes that are collected in the engine back through the intake.... Just make sure it is functioning properly, by shaking it, should rattle, if not you should replace it, but if you cant afford 2-4 bucks, clean it with carb cleaner...
