Do I need to reuse the silver metal oil pan rails that go under all of the oil pan bolts? I accidently left these off and already installed all of my bolts. The engine is however still out of the car so I can install them if I have to. Thanks, Brad

 

i dont know what would happen if left off but it would probably be a good idea to go ahead and put them on. they are there to help distribute the pressure fom the bolts so the seal will be better.

 

Yes, feel your pain, I did that with my engine on the stand also.. redo it now while it is easy..
