I noticed my oil pan, or so it seems, is leaking.... from the very back. Right where i cant get to it kuz there is another metal plat up against it....

so Im here to ask, is it actually leaking or is it an engine seal located above that? what is that other pan/metal thing in my way between the oil pan and tranny pan? Does anyone have any procedure on how to regasket it?

 

ok so now I looked at some pics and there are no bolts in betwen there, so that means if I loosen the side ones them the pan will go down then right?

and it cant leak from the back then right? kuz it doesnt bolt there?



If the engine was overfilled with oil, would it come out of the underside of the engine, kuz I think it may have been overfilled awhile ago.....

and where is the oil pump located, kuz I figure if imma do this, then imma do that too.
