You sure it's oil and not just water mixed with some soot from the inside of the exhaust system?
The only way I could see oil comming out the tailpipe is if you had leaking valve stem seals or piston rings AND you had a cylinder that wasn't firing becuase any oil that does get in the cylinder should burn up.
