Oil leak at valve covers?

There is oil all over both valve covers. More on the passanger side and is coming out at the hole were you put in oil. It is getting all over the spark plugs and I have to keep cleaning them every other day. What is causing it? Bad gaskets?

Most likely bad gaskets...

Just replace them, they are cheap AND easy to replace....

Valve cover gaskets seal around the bottom of your valve covers; from your description you've got oil on top of the covers. The oil filler tubes commonly leak. You can remove the tube, clean the area and RTV the tube in place to seal it. You might also want to remove your oil filler cap while the engine is idling and check for blow-by (puffing coming out the valve cover).
