Angry oil leak !!!! need help please

hello everyone, I posted this before, but I think I was asking about the wrong seal. Well I took my balancer, water pump, opti, air pump, belt, hoses, elbow, hub, and a few other things. Well I thought I had a oil leak where my opti or water pump seals go into the timing cover. Well I was cleaning everything over in that area today, and it looks like the leak is coming from behind the timing cover , right behind the crank shaft sensor. Behind the timing cover on that side, what is that seal called, and what else would I have to take off to fix this leak, would I only have to take the timing cover off, or is there anything else. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

if you buy the timming cover gasket it should come with the three seals and opti
shaft o-rings... At least thats the way it has come for me... As for as the sensor goes try some teflon tape, always works for me...

If you decide to replace the timing chain cover seals, you'll need to drop the oil pan as the bottom of the timing chain cover overlaps with the oil pan.

Exactly. Plus, if you don't drop the pan you'll have to re-install the timing cover at a weird angle to get it in place, which usually rips the new seals that you just put on

Are you sure it is not the crank position sensor leaking mine was leaking a small amount, it just uses a O-ring. If you are like me I can't stand any leaks so do your self a favor and replace the timing cover gaskets and seals and definetly the oil pan gasket.
