Angry oil leak need help !!!!!

Hello everyone, I just took my hub and balancer off to change my crank seal, well I put it all back together yesterday. Well today, I start my car, and it is still leaking . It still looks like it is coming from the seal, but cant really tell if it is the seal, or something higher, running down to the hub around the seal and leaking. Is it possible I got a bad seal, or I messed it up putting it in. Also my car is running rich and my driver side header is glowing, what could be causing this???? Is it my o2's, and how can I check to she if it is??? Someone please help me. Thanks

9 times out of 10 if you have a leak up front it's the opti or waterpump seal on the front cover. It runs down and may look like the front main.

it is probly your timming cover seal...they have a tendencey to leak no matter how many times you change it..as long as it is not poring out you should be ok

Re: oil leak need help !!!!!

well the opti and wp are both gear drivin and theres a seal on the timing cover for each of them.when i changed my opti i changed all the seals on the timing cover.however i managed to get a goddam leak at the bottom of the timing cover gasket/oil pan gasket in the front bc i had to rip part of the gasket to get the timing cover off.but yea as long as its not affecting your oil level and dripping crazy you should be fine.
