Oil Leak.....ggrrrrr!!!!!

I'm leaking oil from the rear of my passenger side head.....WTF!!!!

why is it leaking? what is this madness? Is this what's costing me performance?

Could be just the valve cover is not sealing properly,check valve cover for straightness and seal it up with a new gasket.This shouldn't be hurting you performanance wise.
