got an oil leak in my 93 Z, i got over 130,000 miles on it, but it still runs real strong and good. Oil looks to be leaking from the rear main seal. I dont know exactly how to fix this and my guess is that the tranny or the motor have to be moved to do it. However i honestly dont know. Anyone experience oil leak's that possibly may relate to mine. I would like to fix it, instead of just let it go. Thanks

 

Yep, tranny has to come out to put a rear main in sorry to say. I don't think it takes to long to do actually. You can probably have a dealer/shop do it in a few hours.

you sure its the rear main and not the rear of the intake?? i know im leaking alittle from the intake.
