oil leak...

ive noticed that after ive cleaned up my valve covers, i seem to keep getting a nice coat of oil on them. actually i should be more specific, mostly over the passenger side valve cover. has anyone ever had a problem with oil leaking underneath the oil fill tube? if so, what can i do about this? i havent taken it off yet, so does it have a gasket of some type to seal it up? or maybe i can just pull it off and put a breather on there. and while i'm on this topic, i was reading the artical from kelly drown on projecttransam and he was saying that venting the valve covers, it could have an effect on how the PCV system works. anyone else have any opinions as far as thats concerned? thanks guys.

I had a breather on mine once....I forget why but I think oil used to back out of it so I removed it. I know I put the stock one back on.

it usually leaks out of the oil fill tube. I think the o ring quits sealing then it leaks.
