Oil getting passed the rings.

So I took the oil pan off the short block on my engine stand last night. I was attempting to fish out a goldfish cracker my son dropped in there while he was eating and watching me work on the gasket surfaces. Anyway, the motor was pretty dry of oil. Just a little in there. Not even a 1/4 quart. Well while it was upside down I noticed that a little oil made it passed the rings. When I rotated it back around there was a little in the cylinders. Is this a problem? I'm praying that this was ok and a little oil is fine.

no its should be fine but after you put the heads on and tq em down do a cyl. leakdown test on each cyl. and save your self a bunch of trouble. B/c you can find a problem and fix it on the stand.

Goldfish crackers in the cylinders, thats hilarious.
You should go to the ricer boards and post that "Goldfish" fuel additive is good for 15 HP.
