95 LT1 Lean??

The plugs in my LT1 are extremely clean like they have never been fired and the coolant temp is getting extremely high. The only thing different is a wet nitrous system that has only been sprayed 4 times with a 75 shot. But the symtoms are occuring when the nitrous is not even armed. Also before these symptoms started the car was extremely rich. Does anyone have any ideas because I have run out of ideas.

Are you losing coolant?
Did you only check one spark plug, or all of them?
When you say the coolant is getting really hot, how hot is it?
Are your fans working?
Does your coolant get too hot when driving at highway speeds or only at stop/low speed situations?

Coolant temps and spark plug conditions rarely have anything in common, but if you've blown a head gasket, it could.

Coolant temp problems usually are related to thermostat problems, airflow problems, or loss of coolant/air pockets.

I am not losing coolant
I checked all the plugs
The coolant temp has been to 220 and rising it normally runs under 200
the fans are working
It used to never get hot, then it started to get hot only on the highway, now it gets hot anytime after it gets to operating temp. It gets hotter anytime you move and pretty well holds the temp at idle.

I'd check the basics...

Make sure nothing got sucked up in front of the radiator. Plastic bags, paper etc will block air flow and prevent proper cooling at speed.

I don't think it's your thermostat since you seem to be staying at a good temp at idle, but it may be worth a check.
