oil drive gear with solid roller cam

oil drive gear with solid roller cam
You guys think it's neccessary to go with a bronze gear on the oil pump drive with a solid roller cam? It pretty much doesn't have any load, so it's probably not that big of a deal... just wanted to get some second opinions on it.
