Oil comming from the throthle body blades?

Oil comming from the throthle body blades?
I pulled my elbow off and found that there was a oil type of liquid comming from the throthle body blades. What would cause this? Do i need to change my pcv valve or clean my t.b? Thanks

Oil in the throttle body is characteristic of engine blow-by reversing the PCV system. Put your hand over the oil fill cap. Do you feel puffs of air coming out?

No puffs of air from the oil fill cap. It seems normal to me? What else would cause that.
