Oil Change Problem

I got a 96 z28. Ok, yesterday, I got a standard oil change. I had a small, small oil leak before, one that never hit the ground and would only smell like burnt oil when I pushed it a little bit. But yesterday after I got my car back, I took it on the freeway and when I got off at a red light, I smelled oil bad. I pulled over and popped the hood and it was smoking. I pulled my car forward and saw that oil was dripping on the ground. I thought that i could have been extra oil that spilled during the change but it is still dripping now. What could have happened during a routine oil change to make this happen. I am taking it back tomorrow but I can't imagine what happened. Any ideas?

Check your oil level first, then make sure that drain plug is on tight. Check your oil filter too, tight but not too tight, and make sure it is not abused.

Only thing it could be is the filter gasket leaking or the plug isn't in all the way...or something could have punctured the filter.
