Oil change gone bad...need part numbers

So what I thought was going to be a routine oil change ended up with me getting into a fight with a K&n filter. When I tried to take the oil filter off it wouldn't budge..I suspect a problem with the threads on the filter since I never put a filter on more than 1/2 turn past hand tight. After breaking standard filter wrench I was luckily able to get enough bite with a pipe wrench to turn the filter. However, the nut inside the oil cooler turned with the filter and the whole assembly came down. Since the cooler is not a necessary part and I want to clean up the engine compartment anyway, I'm going delete it. But I want to do it "right" and get the correct bypass hose and the correct bolts to replace the studs. Will the oil filter mate up to where the oil cooler came off, once the studs are replaced with bolts?
