Exclamation Official Advanced Induction Group Purchase Info!!!

A bunch of members on LS1tech talked to Ron and Phil at Advanced Induction and they were kind enough to work out a GP deal for us! Spread the word across the forums!

Starts: NOW!
Ends: Oct 16!

Save up to $400+!!! The more that buy, the more we save!

Details/link: http://www.advancedinduction.com/AiLTGP.html

Info (copied from AI website):

Pricing: The normal price for applying our 190cc CNC work to customer supplied cores, and assembling them with our lightweight stainless valves, PAC1220 beehives, etc. is $1395. The normal price for the same components and the 200cc CNC'd portwork is $1675. The GP will use those two prices as a base for calculating final discounted price. Because there is so little margin in commonly available associated parts (rockers/gaskets/etc.) we cannot include them in the GP. However our pricing on these items typically mimics Summit and Jegs, and we will be happy to add them to your order. Please take the time to read all of the following information regarding the requirements to qualify for a discount prior to contacting us.

The group will receive 1% off for every added buyer up to 25% off.

For example, 25 orders in the Group Purchase = 25% discount = $348.75 off 190's or $418.75 off 200's.

Dates and Deadlines:
We will begin accepting deposits for the GP immediately until October 16th.
Work on GP orders will begin October 1st, first come first served.
We will begin sending out final balance due invoices on October 16th.
You will have until November 13th to pay the balance on your order, or forfeit the GP discount.

Cams & Associated Parts: Many of you will also want a camshaft, and we will be happy to add one of our billet grinds to your order. Cams will be added to any GP order at the standard "with heads" discounted price of $300. Regarding cam selection, either you specify exactly what you would like, or specify that you will trust our selection for your application. In regards to other parts (valve train, gaskets, etc.), after we receive your deposit, we will email a price list for commonly ordered components. You can then specify what associated parts you would like added to your order.

Your discount is contingent upon the following:

1. To ensure efficiency and to provide a written record for us, we will only be corresponding with everyone via Email. Please consider this before you decide to take advantage of this pricing. You MUST be able to receive and open Adobe PDF files. All quotes and invoices will be e-mailed as attached PDF's. The email address for all GP correspondance is GP@AdvancedInduction.com

2. Your discount is dependent upon our ability to mitigate the endless array of impossible to answer "how much hp will I make" calls or inquiries unrelated to our heads. Our CNC'd GM LT heads are easily one of the best documented ported LT heads available. To date no other commonly available ported GM head has proven to equal their consistency and potential. There is a great deal of information on forums and our website regarding results and applications. All anyone can sell is potential, so all we can do is refer to customer results and achievements. You will get a fair amount of information by searching for terms like "Ai 200cc" or posts by our username on forums. Our page detailing the 190cc and 200cc CNC'd LT heads is here: http://www.advancedinduction.com/AiProductsLT1.html

3. You must specify what chamber volume you need within the 52-57cc available range. Please take the time to utilize one of the many free compression ratio calculators online if you want to know your exact compression. If you do not feel qualified to decide, then simply tell us to decide for you and provide your short block information (bore, stroke, piston relief volume, and block deck height). In the event you do not specify, we will mill your heads to 55cc.

4. It is in your best interest that your core heads be unmolested. If they have been milled more than .010", previously valve jobbed, ground on, etc. then we may not be able to apply our work to them. Your cores must arrive without rockers, studs, bolts, brackets, etc. on them. If you have the ability to remove your stock components then it'll save us time and you a few dollars on shipping. It is OK if you do not want to remove the springs/valves/etc. Keep in mind, we throw all used stock components in the trash. Do not attempt to remove the GM installed pipe plugs. If your cores are filthy, please clean them up with something like a wire brush and carb cleaner. Some even use pressure washers at the coin operated car washes. They will be thoroughly cleaned when they arrive, but you will be charged for additional time if they're caked in black tarry residue or covered in dirt. Oil is fine, dirt and sludge are not. Please help us out on this.

5. Regarding shipping, cores must be sent via UPS or FedEx - Do Not ship parts via USPS. Also, do not take your heads to the UPS/FedEx store and ask them to package them for you. They will typically package them loose in a box full of packing peanuts, and your heads will arrive damaged (if at all) and in a box with "UPS Store" as the shipper. Please package your heads securely to ensure that they do not damage each other, or break out of the box they're in. Often customers will bolt them together, deck to deck, before wrapping them in towels, cardboard, or other suitable packing material. No packing peanuts. Not only do they not protect this type of item, but they create huge messes and can block coolant flow in your heads if they get stuck in them. Tape is cheap, and cylinder heads are not, so please package them with the understanding that UPS is literally going to throw them around at every sorting facility they pass through. Your name and "group purchase" must be on the outside of the box or added to the shipping label 'notes.' Boxes that arrive without names on them are set aside until the customer calls & verifies the shipping label information to identify their parts.

The GP Order Process:

1. Take the time to research online and on our website which CNC'd GM head you would like. We're often asked what is the difference between the 190cc and 200cc heads. It is usually 10-20hp, and the 200cc head has a finer finish on the intake ports. Either is suitable for everything from stock short block cars to strokers. Both the 190cc and 200cc versions regularly make 400-450rwhp with drivable hydraulic roller cams. The standard components on both 190cc and 200cc versions will handle most any hydraulic cam sold today up to .620" valve lift.

2. Send an email to GP@AdvancedInduction.com with the following information:
-Name
-LS1Tech Screenname
-Preferred Email and Phone #
-Your Return Shipping Address
-190cc or 200cc Head Package
-Approximate date your deposit and cores will arrive

3. Send your LT1 castings via UPS or FedEx only, and your deposit via USPS to the mailing address listed on our Contact Page. Please DO NOT put any deposit checks in the package your cores are shipped in. Your cores will not be unpackaged until your deposit has cleared. Additionally, please do not mail Signature Required - the delivery person typically doesn't bother attempting this and we must then drive to the PO to pick up your letter. The deposit must be a minimum of 50% of the base price of the package you want to order. That would be $700 for the 190cc package and $840 for the 200cc package. Listed prices are for cash, cashiers checks, money orders, or personal checks. Credit card pricing is 3% higher.

4. After your deposit arrives we will update the GP discount percentage. We will also then email you a .pdf quote listing items that are commonly added to heads/cam orders. Gaskets, lifter kits, rockers, etc. will be on the quote, and you can then email us back indicating which items you would like added to your order.

5. Within a few days of receiving your cores, we will email you confirming that they are suitable as a base for our work.

6. We will begin work on GP orders first come, first served.

7. When our work is completed we will send you a final invoice via email in PDF format summarizing your order including the additional parts you requested and the GP discount. If you are purchasing a camshaft with your order, then this is when you can request a specific grind, or we will request the information necessary to come up with a grind for your application.

8. After your final payment has cleared, we will ship your entire order to your supplied shipping address.

I'm closing this for now so the Admins have an opportunity to check it out. You should communicate with them about this type of thread since it conflicts with our advertiser guidelines.
