Odd vibration at idle

I get a pretty noticeable vibration when I start the car and put it in Drive (OD/D). It goes away once I start driving and it doesn't do it everytime I stop at a light either. It only happens once I first start the car, or before it's warmed up, and I sit around in drive. It gets even worse if I turn my AC on before I start driving out on the road. Any ideas? I'm thinking it's a combination of my cam idle and the poly engine mount on my BMR K-members, but I've never heard anyone else complain before. Anyone ever experience something similar? Thanks.

Ive got what sounds like the same thing- Ive noticed it is affected by the AC and also whether I am pressing the brake pedal or not- and I only get it when the car is in D... Would like to know what it is as well, it started after my LT header install.

I had a similar rattle. Mine was caused by the exhaust rattling on the crossmember under the middle of the car. I removed the crossmember then reinstalled it and the rattle has been gone ever since. It only took a few minutes so it's worth a try.
