OBDII question

do they have the same prob as the OBDIs where they hit the limiter if u have a high stall converter?

The high stall problem is with OBD1, although there are some possible software fixes that do work on many peoples cars now.

OBD2 has a seperate set of problems such as the max airflow limit

OBD2 doesnt have the torque convertor problem.
