OBD2 LT1 programming ... what are my options?

just like the subject implies .... for OBD2 LT1 PCM's .... am i basically stuck with LT1 edit for tuning myself, or is there something else out there?

your best bet! OBD1 PCM, OBD1 knock sensor and TUNERCAT! then you will be unstopable well until you get to 7000rpms of course

Either use LT1 edit or swap out your PCM for an ODB1, which is what I did. Then you can use either Tunercat or the cheaper version of LT1 edit.

You could always use mail order tuning too.

one problem....

only problem with an OBD1 swap .......


any hopes of ever passing emissions go right out the door.....

And you have high stall converter lock-up issues being compatible with OBD1

Madwolf does OBD2 tuning now. I cant comment on this price... less than $150 i think but am not certain. you can check it out at www.madz28.com ... he is also a paying advertiser here so with all things equal (him and pcmforless.com)... hes your best choice. as other have said you could also toss in an OBD1 pcm and get somethin like tunercat for less than LT1edit and CONSIDERABLY less than LT1edit for OBD2 cars.
