OBD-2 progam help please

I posted this in the computer diagnostic page but not much happening there so i'm posting it here. I'm using the program from obd-2.com for my 96 camaro to try and fix my misfire issue. I tried everything but it doesn't seem to go away. My question is on the advanced diagonistic data page that has 77 rows and 4 colums. Where it says misfire mode index 0- 65535. What is it supposed to be at, 0? Because when i'm driveing the car it gets pretty high. When i'm driving the car harder it's at around 66335. Its not constant it veries. Also the row that says MISSEC which is the secondary misfire 1-8 it is at 15 while i'm driving the car. The MISPRI(i think that is it) which is the primary misfire 1-8 goes to around 255 i beleive. Then also on that same screen i'm missing row 26 and 27. Can somebody please help me out i had this car for 3 months now and i can't even drive it because it doesn't run right. It's making me wish i never bought a f-body at all and got a mustang like my friends did. Please help me get my car running so i can justify that camaro's are better and not peices of crap. Thanks.

Hey Sup,
I dont know jack about this situation, but I can lead you to someone I know who does. Find out who Dr.Mudge is on this board and email him with your question. He will respond pretty quick and will solve your problem and youll be a happy man!

I've got that same exact program...not sure about your questions though as I haven't hooked my car up since I've diagnosed my misfire(at least I hope I've diagnosed it). On my program in the advanced(enhanced) section or whatever it is, it doesn't show a misfire for cylinders 5 and 6 only the rest of the cylinders are shown...this lead me to check the wires and plugs for that cylinder. Needless to say when I unhooked the plug wires from the spark plug and started the car I could see sparks coming from a very very small gap in the boot(not where it hooks up to the spark plug either). I still have my high rpm miss but I just got the new plug wires and need time to install them. This time I might try to wire them into the stock location rather than over the valve covers cause they get too close to the SLP shorties. I will hook the program up today if I get a chance and tell you what I get. Can you do me a favor and see if you show misfires for all cylinders as well?
Thanks,
Sherwin

Well before it used to miss really bad on the #1 cylinder. Now it doesn't show a miss on that cylinder. It actually doesn't show a miss on any of those cylinders. I'm not sure what the other rows mean. Like the one that is for secondary misfire 1-8 mine says 15 while driving. I'm not sure but the one that is for primary misfire 1-8 says i think 255. But the one i'm really confused with is the one that says misfire mode index 0-65535. Mine almost goes all the way up to the 65535 while driveing. At idle it veries from around 400 to 800. Can you do me a favor and tell me what those 3 rows say on yours. Thanks.
