Scanmaster hook up OBD-2 PLUG? Need help
Okay heres the deal. A long time ago I had a scanmaster for my 94 lt1 camaro. I had my scanmaster hooked up to a obd-1 plug and cig. lighter so I could just plug it in and unplug it if needed. Anyways Now I have a 95 z28. I have a OBD-2 port with a OBD-1 Computer. I bought a OBD-2 plug. My question is I have a white wire from the scanmaster what color wire does that attach to on the OBD-2 plug cable??? My old one on the 94 was a orange wire is it the same?? Just curious because it's a obd-2 plug but still a obd-1 computer

The data wire on your 94 was pin M, and should have been tan. The data wire on a 95 is also tan.
