OB2 and Pace-Setter mid length question. OB1 conversion

OK, the title may be weird but hear me out. I'm installing mid lengths and I checked out some website that sales the OB1 conversion/plug and play already programmed (believe their power programming is thrown in as well). Question is, do they automatically delete the rear 02 sensors. I know I'll use two but I want this thing to work without throwing a code with no Catts.

OBD1 didn't have rear O2 sensors so it wouldn't have a code for it, and if you ran into a problem with codes for rear O2 sensors on an OBD2 setup, those can use a simulator plugged into the harness to fool it (I think it's just a resistor but I have never really looked at one).

Unless people know where/who this information is coming from and more details, there is no real answer. "They" and "some website" provides no information.

Yeah your right, Madtuner.com , just wondering if I buy the 96-97 style headers with the OB1 conversion plug and play does it already delete the rear 02's as well as program for power.

I think Kevin already answered that question. OBD-I does not have rear O2s, so there is nothing to program out. The power you get will be determined by what you have Ion do for you.

Don't they also change the program/lean out the fuel to add power ? Just wondering if that comes with the conversion programming.

You need to direct these questions to Ion (Madtuner). He can program to whatever you want.
