You really want to leave both narrowband O2s in there.
The ECM needs to know what is happening on both sides of the engine.
You don't gain anything by removing them.

If you want to add a wideband for diagnotics, logging or otherwise, have an
extra bung welded in. I did a lot of my fine tuning that way.
