O2 sims different for different years?

O2 sims different for different years?

Summit has two different part #s for the sims. One for 97+, then another for older models. Anybody know why this is?

I believe OBDI cars have flat connectors and OBDII cars have square ones.

OBDI cars don't need sims (I don't think). At least my '95 didn't come with after cat O2 sensors (so there is no use for sims).

Very true. The different part numbers must be for different length extensions or something.
