O2 sensors or O2sims with Jethots on OBD1

"Sims" are only intended for use on the "after-cat" O2 sensors found on the OBD-II (96/97) cars. They can not be used on the pre-cat sensors. So... you have no choice on an OBD-I setup. You must run the O2 sensors, or run the PCM in open loop (not recommended).
